P6 Walking Poetry

P6 went for a walk along the canal and made note of what they sw, heard and tasted and when they were back in class, they shared their words and descriptions, created alliterations and and wrote this wonderful 'spell'about their walk!

Cool cyclist skooshing along like a cylone

Greedy green emerald ducks dawdling in the deadly deep depths

Large luscious line-green lily pads levitating on the calm canal,

The squeaking spying sparrow was keeping watch from the hedge

Big black beautiful bubbly brambles perfectly ripened hanging under the threatening thorns.
